This blog, simply put, is a way for me to share recipes that I love. I am in no way claiming these recipes as my own property, but rather documenting my experience as a self-taught, dad-advised, home-grown baker. I want to share with you the recipes that make my life a little sweeter. My love for baking stems from the joy it brings other people, and the satisfaction of creating something from simple ingredients and being able to stand back and appreciate the fact that what you have made was by your own efforts.
